could anyone confirm what size the o-ring has to be for an oil filter relocation adapter?

Could somebody with a readily-accessible fuel pump hanger unit measure the length of the feed hard line coming off the tank (the line going to the filter)? Alternatively, anyone know this off the top of their head?

If you are going through the trouble of taking out the carpet, dash, etc; you might as well remove all of the sound deadening from the cabin - this is the only real way to get rid of the smell. Start by peeling up all that you can - a heat gun and metal spatula will be of great assistance...
bevel a 16 gauge piece of steel? Why? I suppose your criticism of the weld appearance is valid, however this is not a pressure containing pipe spool, it is an exhaust pipe - as long as it seals the pipe, it will generally work.

Light post, snow, and a 60mph spin brought this beast down - I almost missed the damn light post too.
1 - either you have a sticky thermostat, or you have not completely burped your cooling system
2 - How are the wires connecting to your cps? If these lose contact, you lose the motor.
I had both of these problems happen right when I got the car. YMMV.
It is a pain in the ass that there are all those hoses that have to be routed over the engine, isn't it. My suggestion (which I will be doing myself) is to have a look at the routing of the ISC on a 2jz-gte engine - their isc valve is in approximately the same location, so I would assume the...
ah, yeah, Nashman hit it on the head - boost pressure sensor/random resistor bracket - Driver side of the engine bay (FWIW, it may also be the fuel pump resistor bracket...but it is definitely one of the two)
