Also, open up your ECU and check for blown caps (fluid leaked onto printed circuit board). >>> Could cause overfueling.

Did it run this way before the turbo swap (I'm assuming so)? If so, why did you think changing out the stock twins would fix a fueling issue?? Most likely root cause at this point: Faulty capacitors in the ECU.

Double and Triple check your wiring, there's too many variables at this point.

I have the "plugs" from an 87-88 ECU that I removed to do a standalone PnP harness. All you need is the same thing from a 90 ECU and connect the correct pins and voila...PlugNPlay!

Crazy. With my 7M and T78 I would get ~28-29mpg on the highway. Big turbo = easier to stay out of boost. :)
