    7mge crank in 7mgte?

You can use the crank, they are the same, get it balanced and line honed for the main caps of the different block. Rods, I'm not sure, but either way, you want the rods checked, stress relieved, all that jaz. They must be balanced to the crank you are using. I suggest using a crankshaft from a...

Woo! Head Gasket Boom Boom! Yeah!

I would suggest Driftmotions helicoil upgrade, I've got it and so do others. It's a lot easier to do when the head's not on yet. Is it on? If it is, I'd probably just helicoil it, but you shouldn't have to wory about the exhaust studs for a good long time with this kit ;).

    Dumb hydrofan question

Here's something that I had posted earlier that would be a good way to go by keeping you fan clutch: You can rebuild you fan clutch for cheap as peice of mind, you need 3 50mL bottles of 3000wt. oil temp/pressure question

It's not the problem of the oil thinning out due to high temps that you have to worry about, it's the oil loosing it's viscosity from the heat that's the killer. You may see a slight difference between the 10W30 and 5W30, but almost every bit of that difference is going to be notice on a cold...

Oil System Problem, I need help

Should uplug from the back and unscrew, but then again, it's been awhile since I've had mine out. FTR, if you aren't doing this everytime, now's a good time to start, take off your neg cable from the battery terminal everytime you do something like this.
