well, i cleaned and detailed my car for a couple car shows this weekend. of course i found a couple drips of coolant under the waterpump. i was going to replace it tomorrow, but of course my HG went. it's been a long time coming. looks like i'll be making one good motor out of the two i have...

i've had that noise for over a year now. i'm assuming it's rod knock, but it hasn't gotten any worse or exploded yet. when it goes i'll throw in the spare i have.

the first car looks good. perfect car to do the engine-trans swap. i'd try to talk the guy down though. the second car is only good for parts, and barely at that.

i really like the color. the car has 97k miles and is very clean. the original paint only has a few dull spots. the engine sounds great, and mine is shot. i plan on keeping my turbo, exhaust, i/c setup. also, my 550's, lex, boost controller, turbo timer. i'd be getting his car with the hks...

cool, thanks. i'm actually pretty happy with how it goes considering the few mods i have. ultimately i'd like to get one of alberts turbo's and shoot for 450 wheel. that should be plenty.

sorry. i have lex/550's, bic ddp, full 3" exh, k&n filter, hard i/c pipes. i dyno'd it at 16psi, but it falls off to 13 or so after 5k rpm. my max hp was at 5500. i've run it at 17psi on the street, but it feels like the ignition system might be the next weak link. other than that, it pulls...

just a quick question. i searched but didn't come up with a definite answer. what's the max boost recommended for the stock ct26? i'm sure you can just crank it up, but at what level does it just make hot air?

we got 430 wheel with stock injectors and a precision turbo on a 7m. the car was tuned on megasquirt.

someone just told me that the shifter from a saturn sky will work on our cars. not sure if it's true, but he said he was 100%.

here's what my car did. the only mods are......... 600 injectors, lex afm, k&n filter, hard i/c pipes, bic ddp+ full 3" exhaust. the boost controller was set to 15psi. it's a lot faster than before the lex/550 setup. also, it was hitting fuel cut all the time...

try adding some "redline water wetter". it helps lower the temp.
