now i'm wondering if that's my issue too. i can usually hit 10psi if it's not cold out. today i decided to crank it up on the highway. it held 13psi in 4th and 5th gear. why the hell is it so intermittent?! :(

i had to wrap my dp. it got way too hot under the hood to work on it until hours after driving. :(

i absolutely plan on getting a wideband and afpr when i go megasquirt. i will also tune it on a dyno, as we have one at the shop. :) i just plan on running what i have at the stock boost level, or slightly higher. i have no plans to go over 13 psi until i have everything.

most of the problem is at idle. anything to get some heat out of there. :)

one import magazine actually did a test on that mod. it really works.

the hot air will escape through the raised area. it works.

cool. i have a wally 255 that i can throw in. eventually i'll have the afpr and i'll be going megasquirt. also thinking about getting the fuel dampener bypass while i have the rail out.
