The driftmotion bung is just like any other screw in O2 bung so it should work for narrow or wideband o2's. The most common length I've heard is 18" minimum away from the turbo.
You're going to have to grind the ceramic coating away from the hole to weld the bung on. I would drill your hole...
This makes me nervous as I'll be running the same hose and fittings. The hose just blew off the blue 1/2" NPT to twist tite fittings? Not the 90* style like you have pictured above that?
Ughh... I was considering running the Permacool Thermostat but just decided to bite the bullet and shell out the cash for the Mocal unit.. Hopefully the extra money will give me some peace of mind. Just gotta figure out my routing and order some fittings :D
Yes that's the hose you want to use...
Running the Lex AFM with stock 440's can be done, it just requires tuning.. If you don't have a wideband or know what you're doing (which you obviously don't since you said it yourself) take the car to someone who does know what they're doing.
Like already stated, you need 550 injectors to run...
IIRC Mk3Brent was running the MSD DIS4 setup.. Seemed to be working well for him.

Find a good wheel repair shop. They should be able to fix them up pretty nice for a whole lot less than new wheels. As poodles said...I've also seen far worse get repaired and look brand new.
Uhh..I have Eibachs and Tokico Blues and I think my car handles awesome. I'll be adding some ST ARB's soon to make it even more awesomer..
Nice firm ride, handles well and still soaks up the bumps just fine for a comfortable ride and they're definitely not bouncy at all.
I didn't learn ANY kind of financial management in the awesome public school system here. I did however learn how to write a check when I was in the 6th grade when I was in the BETA club..lol.. But I have never had checks.
Fortunately I learned a lot from my parents and have learned even more...
A hi-flow cat should pass emissions. Metal core cats are going to flow more than ceramic core cats. I would go with a 300 cell count metal core cat to be safe and make sure you pass emissions as the 100 cells are kind of iffy on if they can pass.
It's going to be cheaper to just buy a universal...
