I will be running the same BOV. Mine has a fitting that screws into the opening of the bov that further reduces the opening and has kind of a "barb" on the end to keep the hose on.Like this except not blue http://www.frsport.com/GReddy-Type-RS-Blow-Off-Valve-Recirculation-Fitting_p_1309.html

Go back over everything that you removed and replaced. Intake pipe, AFM, intercooler pipes at bottom of turbo and one that goes over turbo, 3000 pipe, etc...
If its a MLS head gasket it can be reused after all the old viton has been cleaned off and copper spray has been used on every layer. If it's a stock composite gasket, you'll have to get a new one as these cannot be reused.

Umm because I just went from stock afm/injectors to lex afm/560's. So yea, good as stock. No wideband, still has some nice black smoke when boosting but not running hella rich. I think the lex afm will keep me safe for now. ;)
I am running the Evo 560's with a Lex AFM. It's running perfectly with no other tuning, no AFPR or aftermarket fuel pump. Runs as good a stock, just higher boost ;)

Not to thread jack, but what would be the implications of connecting the charcoal canister out directly to vacuum without the bvsv? I've never really found a straight answer to this.
I ordered some bushings from them. After a few weeks it turned out they were out of stock and they were no longer available. Jack refunded my money. So even though it took a little while, I still got my money back.
I don't suppose this http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?73379-3P-s-TCCS-Disassembly-Analysis/page6 (post 101) has been confirmed for GTE's yet?
