How are the Cobra brakes not an upgrade?

Honda guys will buy them as 440's are very popular when they go turbo. The obd1 and up guys will have to use a resistor box though.

I had a few sockets so I just ground down the outside of one of them until it fit right. That's now just my ARP headstud socket. ;)

Actually, I'm not sure if the JZ motors have the same problem as the 7M's. If you have the center spark plug cover and BKR(4644) plugs, the plug wire wont seat all the way onto the plug and can cause arcing. The BCPR(6282) plugs are a few mm's taller so this isn't a problem.

Most of the eBay FPR's have crappy diaphragms. I've known a few guys to get the ebay aeromotive knockoff and replace the diaphragm with a genuine Aeromotive and have no problems. Not saying I would do it though, I bought the real deal. The fuel system is not a place I would cheap out.

Or a throttle body with an idle provision such as an idle screw or hole drilled in the throttle plate.

Really? Because they are both 7 heat range... BCPR is just a different height. BKR's are ISO while BCPR are JIS and the BKR's are a few mm's shorter on the top than the BCPR..They're both copper, both 7 heat range.

The correct plugs for stock coils(I believe JZ coils are the same) are the BCPR7ES. Used to be 3330, now 6282.
