Really the only thing you can do it get an adapter that uses the factory manifold>T3. Or they make T4>T3 adapters. Or you could weld a T3 flange on the T4 manifold.
I would definitely re-brace that crossmember with something that goes under the oil pan that connects it. Looks like it'll fold in half the way it is.

Did you bring this to the tow truck company's attention? If you didn't you should've right when you picked it up so they can't blame you for the damages.
If you go with any 1 piece drive shaft you need to install some hoops to keep it under control in an event of it breaking. A 2 piece will be the smoothest with a new center bearing and is the safest for top speed running. If you're just planning on drag racing with it, I would go with steel.
The 100 cell metal core cat's flow the best. That vibrant is a 300 cell. Either will work but it's questionable if the 100 cell will pass emissions in some areas.
A 200 cell might be middle ground.
I have the Blitz Nur and my downpipe (what ever brand it is, still don't know that yet) bolts directly to the catback. No place for a cat or test pipe. :dunno:
Like a few others have said, It's probably best to just find a 3" hi-flow cat in the right length and get an exhaust shop to fit it...
