Just need a dealer / shop in the state to bring some in or arrange a group buy (with various colors). I'd be interested in a GB. I'm interested for the radiator set regardless, but it's kinda unreasonable w/r to cost to buy and import a single individual set from the UK to the USA.
The original oil cooler return port on the oil pan's thread profile is M12X1.25. I suppose a non metric copper crush washer will work, just need to fit the OD of the male thread.
The climate control system within the cabin is mostly integrated (heat and cool air). Only the heater core is potentially removable and not relegating the entire system inoperable. - and I think you'll need heat in Norway, n'est pas?

Gracious of you to make this available to the community
It'll be wise to also collect a deposit of the full value of the plate to be on hold until the plate is returned back to you (in decent condition). Otherwise, it may not return ;)
A front lip is a body part prone to damage. If I had the druthers, I'll opt for a fiber glass version since it'll be a lot easier to repair in the event damage do occur. And if the vehicle is a daily driver, then the risk for damage increases, and may just happen on your trip to the local fast...

You can get all kinds of check valves from Check Valves @ McMaster-carr
Don't worry about the 1.5psi cracking pressure, because the intake vacuum will crack it open.
Dan, just as you, I had considered metal piping to replace the OEM rubber radiator hoses. But I'm hesitant because I don't like getting my arm scalded. From research, Samco UK list a 7MGT application for the radiator hose:

I insure one of my supras with the same company at the same agreed value, and deductibles, but my premium is much less than yours. Don't be upset, because I'm many years your senior.
Hey Manny.
Is there any brace attached to that welded plate? if not, then those welds will eventually fracture due to weight of the pump and vibration induced fatigue. You may not drive your car often for this to be an impending problem, but it's a certain eventuality.

5 to 10 years ago, these units were ~$50 to $75. This is an electronic controller that'll allow varied opening heights for the headlights, even when illuminated.
Could it just be that AEM is weening inventory so that they can release EMS V2 of this application? Definite speculation, but if this is the case, then it's all wonderful. Sure, you can use any standalone, but having a custom harness produced is definitely one of the associated irks that...
Hey HVYMAN, hope you realize that many modern cars, FWD and even those with forward facing engines, do use E-fan for cooling purposes. So, it'll be best for the OP to scavenge an example from of these cars. Try to snag one from a vehicle with 3L or more. W/R to HP gains / losses, it's...
All the debating may be worthwhile, but what's undeniable is that fans simply does not flow enough CFM to support the thermal extraction requirements of the vehicle, especially if modified beyond stock HP level.
Eventhough you guys have provided the most sensible objections and cautions about the OP intentions, I doubt he'll oblige. The lure of MKIV ownership is strong, regardless of any unfavorable debt....
