mine had ABS with the 7M, but it's never been active with the 1J.. the light always comes on right after starting the car (shrug), I wish it worked. It's likely a wiring problem I suppose, but I've also heard that some 1Js won't work with ABS for some reason or another, I can't remember what...

IMO, BigZavs has the right idea.. he has a T56 (although I'm unsure of which model), and they're much cheaper than V160s new or used from what I've seen. of course, it doesn't just bolt up..

I'm going to need to do this soon and don't agree with Toyota's price (I've never really complained before, but on this.. well).

Looks like whatever car was in the center was edited out, yet even with the advent of Photoshop and other such magic, the coolant stain could not be removed from the picture.. I wonder what car might have been sitting next to Jay ;)

get an iPhone 4G.. they're filming tv shows with it at this point. it's more of a promotional thing, but if they're using it for that purpose, then youtube videos shouldn't be too bad.

agreed, half the cars listed +/- are hard to find, let alone in good condition.. it's hard enough to find a Hakosuka Skyline in decent condition, and I dare say extremely hard to find a Hakosuka GT-R period (most are clones). though if one did manage to find one, they used to go for ~3-5...

IMO, they all fail.. lack of sizing on 1 and 3, and 962s have been overdone since the Sportmaxx days. maybe take a look at some nicer used wheels (WORK, Enkei, VOLK, etc., that were expensive as hell new).. that's what I did.

yeah, the RFL is a pretty interesting valve, but the ones I had contact with always seemed to leak etc.. +1 on the recirc though (for MAF based systems)

GTE clutch and GTE fanblade would be ideal (for stock fitment).. the GTE clutch and GE fanblade would likely still have issues with the waterneck.
