How do you trim the cables and still retain the fittings on either side to attach to the pedal and the TB linkage?
I have seen some "clamps" that you use to join two pieces of air craft cable but I tried one out and it doesn't hold. I can seperate the cables by pulling on them with the clamps...
The gears are aluminum and they are also zinc plated so you just removed that.
They were zinc plated because the upper timing cover (behind the gears) they rest on is steel. Galvanic corrosion can occour when steel and aluminum come in contact with each other, hence why the aluminum is...
What throttle cable is everybody using with their FFIM setups?
Particularly the short runner style manifolds like Ron R's.
I heard about a Celica cable but I don't know what year it was from. Does anybody have an approximate length for how long their cable is? Summit has a bunch of...
Be sure to get the style that the manufacturer recomends for the type of wheel otherwise they may not seat correctly.
I would also look at some wheel locks, a good company to look at is Gorilla Automotive.

Yes you can apply coatings on top of the POR-15, it is designed to be paintable. Adding both will put on quite a bit of extra weight though. If you retain the factory sound deadening plus add the POR-15 to the entire underbody it should add quite a bit of sound deadening.
I have GoodYear Eagle F1 GS-D3
Exceptional tires which are outstanding in the rain. IMO, they are one of the best summer tires in wet weather. They are OEM tires for the ferrari F430.
If you drive all season long, these tires matched with winter tires for the snow would be perfect.
It is pressure loss from moving the air from point A to point B through the bends of the tubing/intercooler. You can calculate a rough estimate of what the pressure loss is for your setup through the tubing and then add the pressure loss of the IC if you can get data from the IC manufacturer.
+1 for KVR and +10000 for raptor racing
George is great to deal with and has great prices.
KVR is comparable, if not better than PowerSlott rotors. I recomend the slotted OEM replacement rotors with cadmium plating. I personally would not use cross drilled rotors...
I don't know if there is a guide per-say, but there are numerous threads with various information about how to do it. A propper guide should be written but for now you can gather info from the different threads to figure it out.
Here are a few threads to read through, lots of information on...
There are tons of threads about chaning the LED's in the climate control on here and on SF.
It is rather simple, pull the unit apart and then you have to change the LEDs on two circuit cards by desoldering and soldering in new ones. One board is the buttons, the other is for the indicator...
As long as it has the stock style mounting flange for the O2 sensor than it is fine.
It might have a screw in flange in which case you will need a new sensor.
It is a good idea for a template to fabricate a real design from...but thats it.
That will never resist the torsion of the chassis.
Paint it and then go do some hard cornering with it, I bet the paint chips off from the flexing.
