Is the bubbling from boiling the coolant or is it air in the fluid?
It sounds like the prep work, or lack there of (no offence), has caused a very poor seal between the block and cylinder head.
Pressure test the system. If that comes back with bad news, then take the engine to a GOOD (also...
A friend of mine modeled a 20B rotory engine for a rendering course I was in, every nook and cranny was 1:1 with the actual engine.
He worked for a mazda race shop and took a complete 20B and dissassembled it and placed every part on a CMM machine. The machine can save the measurements into a...
I don't understand how you break the studs...
If you want to relocate the coil pack to the rear of the engine just reverse the length of the wires so #1 is the longest and #6 is the shortest.
Just remember that the coil pack is grounded through its body so consider that when trying to...
Solidworks is alot better than Solid Edge. Next to Solid works I would choose Autodesk Inventor. Inventor is good because now 3DSMAX is owned by Autodesk so importing Inventor files into 3DSMAX for rendering is so easy.
By far my favourite CAD software is CATIA though. It is the most advanced...
My dad helps me with mine constantly, usually when I just need a spare set of hands.
My mom helped with the interior; re-apholstering.
I get told all the time to clean up all the parts, mainly the stacks of older wheels/tires.
My dad thinks it will blow up after 300hp because it is...
Every line was disconnected on this car and then it sat for a year like that.
ABS was removed and so was the master cylinder, needless to say there is alot of air in the system.
Anybody know about bleeding the ABS? Can't find any pictures of where to bleed it from.
So I know the process on how to bleed the air, but where in the heck are the bleeders for the ABS unit?
I have bled the master and all calipers several times and there is still air in the system. I hear an air suction sound coming from the ABS unit. Is there actually a bleeder port or is it...
So I put the car into 1st gear with the engine off and turned the engine on. With the clutch pedal held down nothing out of the ordinary. If I start to release the pedal the car wants to move forward and if I take it out of gear I can't put it back in.
Help?
Should be alright, it was used with no issues on a 2JZ/R154 combo previously.
All I had them do was align the fingers of the diaphragm as they had shifted slightly from eachother.
Throwout bearing has been installed as per TSRM.
