Thanks!
I have been playing with it lots unfortunately I am having some transmission problems so I can't drive the damn car just idle it! Needless to say though I have tuned my idle perfectly!
I am using Ford EDIS-6 for ignition control and MS for fuel.
WHEN I get mine running...
Ok well mine won't disengage.
Stock flywheel, dual diaphragm pressure plate (local shop), with stock clutch disc for now (dont want to tune with a good disc).
Car off: can switch gears no problem so trans is good.
Car on: Can't go into any gear from Neutral. The clutch pedal has lots of...
I use this:

Flat black for a stealthy look, plus the dual outlets gives a stock style appearance. It is a really deep throaty tone. Perfect muffler for a sleeper street car.
Does that include a new 3" cat and 3" muffler?
I would put the money into a 3" downpipe first. Even with just a 3" downpipe and the stock cat back you will have noticeable gains in power/torque.
Ask someone in your area to help out...Its very simple.
The manufactures website for each of the gauges should have installation instructions and then the TSRM will have any wire diagrams/schematics you need.

My million year long build-up was finally started this past monday after resolving some minor glitches in the fuel system.
Fully functional running MS-2 with a 4bar map sensor, EDIS-6 ignition system, garrett GT40 and many other goodies.
I only have a cell phone video, so the quality is...
Aeroquip fuel line.
It is a reinforced rubber fuel line to be used with aeroquip pushlock fittings. It is good for 20bar pressure (290psi). $50 was enough for dual feed lines (-6an) not including the cost of the fittings which are only a couple bucks each.
I disconnected the feed line before the fuel filter (my filter is in the engine bay) and turned the pump on with the line going into a fuel can. The fuel flows out like a full pressure garden hose.
I opened up the fuel filter and it had some debris in it so I soaked all the parts in a bucket...
Brand new from Driftomotion...
With the pump off the needle sits below the zero mark on the gauge. With the pump on the needle moves up a bit to sit right at zero.
I am going to check the lines at the tank and see if that helps.
3" turbo back, 3" high-flow cat, 3"in/dual 3" out Vibrant performance muffler. There is a 3" electric cutout as well but not installed yet.
I don't like the big cannon exhausts.
Flow direction is correct.
I think I found the culprit. The fuel return line and breather line (charcoal canister line) at the fuel tank side, the soft line attachments are potentially reversed.
When looking on the TSRM having them reversed should cause a problem. Can anyone confirm that...
it has direct power right off the battery for testing purposes so as soon as the wire touches the terminals the pump turns on.
Polarity is correct inside the tank as it worked before without the AFPR.
No J-tube.
Gauge is on the AFPR itself. With the pump off, the needle on the gauge...
Hey...
I am trying to start my car on a new setup and I am having some difficulty.
walbro fuel pump
-6an feed line from tank to rail
earls fuel filter
680cc injectors
aeromotive regulator with SS line to stock return line
At first the pump wasnt working at all, so I wired it to 12V...
Hey...
Does anyone know what size the thread is for the sensor located on the top of the thermostat housing? (see pic below)
I am replacing it with a GM 3/8"npt sensor and I want to see if I can find an adapter before I re-tap the hole.
Thanks.
Seems you are looking for the 12V switched ignition wire. It is black with orange and runs all over the engine bay.
Check the electrical diagrams in the TSRM for the location of the wire.
I saw a civic with custom LED tails similar to the lines but they turned on from the outside LEDs first and then moved into the middle, like knight rider. That was really distracting.
At work we design and produce ruggedized flat panel displays for military/aerospace, most are custom sized...
It sounds like your method for joining the connection will require more solder than nescsary to make a strong electrical connection, be careful of added resistance from the joint.
