Store supra for 3 years or part out?

I forgot to mention the chassis is not perfect. I needs rust repair in the rear quarters and it needs to be painted. I block sanded the car fixed the dings and then primed it. Right now the car is all grey primer. The car doesn't start as it sits right now but I have all the parts to be...

Store supra for 3 years or part out?

I have a dilema... I am 22 years old and am moving to my own condo with my fiance in 17 days. I am a college graduate with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have been working in the aerospace field for the past 15 months getting a very nice salary. In May of this year I will be going...

I was going to say you probably had the anode/cathode reversed. Check on digikey.com for the display.

    AN fittings

Unscrew the fittings. 1. The red part should slide onto the hose with the threaded end facing towards the open end of the hose. 2. Depending on the fitting, there may be a little piece inbetween the red and blue fittings, if there is, put that piece over the inner lining. If there isn't...

red/green/yellow/white you can get in bags of 100 for a few bucks (around $5.00) The blue LEDs cost more, around $1 each. There are about 20 different types of each colour of LED so make sure you know how to read the packaging. http://www.sayal.com/ Keyword search LED

    3inch piping fitment issues

That is ghetto. Buy a 3.5" hole saw and enlarge the hole so you can put the headlight down. My 3" pipes fit fine under the passenger headlight (FFIM)

You live in Brampton, there are many places to go to, check 411.ca Or just go to Sayal Electronics at Dixie and Matheson. They cary every electronic component in existance. Thousands of resistors, transistor, capacitor, diode, ect. Bag of $100 LEDs for a few bucks, except for blue, they...

Your friend is an idiot. If you plan on changing the colour of your climate control, then yes you have to solder. If you plan on only changing the colour of your gauge cluster, then no you dont have to solder. The old bulbs twist out, the new ones twist in. Plug and play like a light bulb.

Ever blow out a tire at 60MPH?

It is worse being a passenger in a vehicle when that happens. My fiance was driving her Ford Explorer, I was in the passenger seat and we were traveling on a single lane country road through a rocky area (google "Canadian shield") at about 100km/h when the front right tire blew out. The truck...

Fuel tank leak (where tank is connected by the lines near the diff)

There are two softlines that attach the fuel return and fuel evaporation hardlines to the fuel tank. Fuel return softline 77049-14040 Fuel evaporation softline 77209-14080 Replace the two softlines, they are probably cracking and you should also replace the clamps with high pressure fuel...

    what is this? pic

In his post the grey box is the injector resistor pack and the black box bolted to the bracket coming off of the injector pack is the boost pressure sensor for the stock boost gauge. What he said isn't wrong, it just needs more clarification as to what one he was talking about.

The gauge cluster does not require soldering, the bulbs just twist in. You need to solder to change the climate contol LEDs. As far as soldeing irons go, you want one that is grounded (3 prong cord) and that is 15-30W for woking on the printed circuit board unless you know what you are doing...

You can do that with a cluster from speedhut I believe but it costs alot more than buying a few LEDs. And I haven't "chosen" the white, I just pulled the green sleeves off of the LEDs that were in there just to see. I would like to do blue but don't want to loose the red accents so I think I...

Stock White LEDs Has some hot spots that would need to be controlled by using a cooler white. The best part about the white is that you can still see the red accents.

Do you want Energy Suspension Poly Bushings? READ HERE.

I will take control arm bushings and subframe for sure. My toyota bushings are far past worn out from sitting for so long and you can't put a price on safety so the fiance can't complain about spending more money on the money pit. :bigthumb:
