residue / wiping with laquer thinners / sand blasting - cleaning / repairing - welding in -

We have completed the swap / install from 7M turbo to 1JZ twin. ( 1/2 cut from Japan )
1/2 cut = 53,000 km - still has oil change sticker on it
Basically did not touch any internals
Did swap out injectors to 550
PROBLEM WE ARE CHASING / HAVING

check the flanges on the y-pipe assembly, prior to install, mine needed resurfacing due to heat - warp-age
as well my downpipe bends were slightly off and ended up being too short and touched the floor, it may have been my new mounts/bushings but likely the jig was made a little sloppy....
thats a mk4 throttle cable? I had a similar issue where it was not tight on the TB.
after reading tonnes of builds, i came across someone who raised their gas pedal with a spacer to match the brake pedal height,
for me that 1/2" of spacers made the cable taught....
I'd probably take a better look prior to deciding, specifically the part of the quarter panel the rear bumper hides, and the part the rocker panel garnish/cap hides...
as well as where the rear subframe attaches to the floor.... mine required patches in all the mentioned areas...
