where can i buy clear turn signal light covers??

The fog light covers are clear stock, just like the rest of the headlamp lens. If yours are yellow, you need to polish the lenses or something...

    NJ dyno/tuning shop

What is that supposed to mean? ::fundy:: I street tuned his car on 38 psi of boost. Do you want me to post logs or something?

    NJ dyno/tuning shop

Victor's car is street tuned, not a dyno queen. If he ever gets a transmission to stay under it, I'm sure he'll chime in with track #s. As for NJ shops, I'd stay away from e-shift, I'm headed to NJ to trailer back a fiasco they mutilated later this week. Iveytune is pretty good AFAIK.

TX2K8 thread - $$$$ to the 7m in the 10's - Let the smack talk begin!

On my way to Tampa in the morning to meet up with F&H. Heading out to Houston from there early Thursday. Anybody else going to make it there with a fast 7M?

Is the AEM worth it for 600rwhp?

I guess you could say that. MRSUPRA- Are you going to tune it yourself or have a professional in mind who you would bring it to? If the answer is you, what type of background do you have? If pro, have they done AEM 7Ms before? AEM is vastly superior to piggybacks. It is also vastly more...

Well, I went to the track last night... again

You'd stand a better chance of getting a pass in on bias plies.

Well, I went to the track last night... again

    So, radials then?

Well, I went to the track last night... again

Well, at least the driveshaft didn't break again. You running radials on a 5 speed? May consider switching to a bias ply setup. It'll be a lot easier on driveline parts.

    Rant- Braided steel hose

LOL, last person I thought I'd clip with my rant Duane! I suppose the "pretend" hose ends are better than a regular clamp because at least the frayed end is covered.

    New tires, recommended air pressure?

Forget practicing launches for now. First thing to do is just ease the car up to about 115 and see if you shit your pants. Make sure you do this somewhere you can take up at least 3 lanes for yourself.

    Rant- Braided steel hose

You should be careful tapping it with the pipe tap. Plastic has a tendancy to crack if you aren't very gentle with it. If you break it, it is a perfect excuse to get rid of the n/a jug that looks like shit too, lol! A nice polished stainless resivoir with the AN fittings welded on it would look...

    New tires, recommended air pressure?

Yes, skinny is a very good idea, especially if your car goes more than ~110. On a 9" wheel, you can get away with a bit less pressure. I run 14 cold on an 8" rim with no rim screws. Mark the wheel & tire with a line to monitor tire slip on the rim if yours don't have rims scews. These...

    Rant- Braided steel hose

Is that it? I thought it had something to do with crystal meth use... 7Mboost- If you have to use braided there, drill and tap the resivoir for a male to male pipe thread to AN adapter fitting.

    New tires, recommended air pressure?

The bias ply I'm imagining? How wide is the wheel?

    Rant- Braided steel hose

That is what I don't get. The braided line is alot more expensive than suitable "regular" hose. So, why waste the money and make it worse than it was?

    Rant- Braided steel hose

I may "accidentally" set it on fire. :sarcasm:

    Rant- Braided steel hose

Haha, haven't seen zip ties for clamps on braided yet Rich. I'm sure one will roll in tomorrow now that you've mentioned it though! For the guy that wanted pics- here is one of my forearm after working on a Supra so equipped.

    Alphabet soup instructions

Thanks for that Adam. I'll get in touch with HK$ on the other two. I'll send you some scans once I get them, if you can host them somewhere (without getting prosecuted by HKS, lol).

Because I work on thier cars for a living. Is that good enough for you?
