If you got the AEM UEGO, the answer is no, it will not work. The 0-1v output is linear, unlike any narrowband. Some of the other brands have a simulated narrowband output that is supposed to work, YMMV.
I'd say blown EFI fuse or bad CPS connection are the two likely suspects. If it was the EFI fuse, check back by the EGR valve and see if the harness has laid down on the tube.

It was an option. Look on the center console, if there are buttons that say "normal" and "sport" you have TEMS. It is pretty neat but, harder to find replacement shocks for. You can use non-TEMS shocks on a TEMS car though, it just deletes the option.

No, they don't. If you've taken a look at a street radial that has been running around low on air for a while, you'll notice the outer edges of the tread are significantly more worn than the center. The opposite is true for an overinflated street radial.
