If you're cooling system is working properly that is. It should burp itself, but if it doesn't within a few days, you may have to do the burping yourself and start checking the rest of your coolant system because there could be something needing fixing on it, but wait and see for now.

Most wideband manufacture's specifically call for the bung for the sensor to be welded xx"'s away from the turbo, this usually being around 2 feet away. Keeping the wideband sensor that close to the turbo will most likely shorten it's life span.

My personal rule of thumb is to not buy anything from ebay that isn't certified name brand products, unless the said no-name product doesn't have any moving parts to it, then It should be hard for China to screw up ;).

Where are you putting the TPI at?

Check your oil level too before you crank it next, it'd be bad if you crank it dry and not know. What type of fastners were used to clamp the head to the block? Was the head AND block machined for the MHG?

Shave the block as well, make it smooth enough for the Titan to seal. That thing have rivets in it? Get rid of them. You can't calculate the comp. until you get the block and head back from the machine shop. If you don't do both, then the gasket sealing is just a crap shoot.

:werd: buy a valve cover fastner kit, or research the correct size and pitch yourself and buy some better fastners or you'll be right back where you are now with the oil leak.

Also, if you drill it out and the FPR goes out on you, then it's a tow to the mechanic for you ;).

Probably due to leaky valve covers if the oil was on the OUTSIDE part of the spark plug, as in, the part not threaded into the head. Did you gap your plugs before putting them in? If so, what did you gap them at? What plug wires are you using? the old ones? Did you damage them when...

I like my Intercooler and pipes, didn't get them from ebay, but the exact same thing I have is sold on there ;) Now my couplers are a different story, they are pretty damn nice for a 3-ply.

Supra Sport sells a nice bolt-on kit as well, then you can go to Driftmotion, get a Spearco replica intercooler, 2 (maybe 3) 90 degree 2.5" couplers, 4 (or 6) t-bolt clamps, two ~6" sections of 2.5" piping, and you've got yourself a completely new, upgraded intake kit (minus anything pre-turbo)...

Mine's where the stock coolant resivior used to be.

Because I like the feeling of my car making me sink into the driver's seat when I step on the throttle, that and the sound of the turbo at full spool ;).

Or jerks around the car violently ;)
