Why? there's nobody that can prove that YOU were driving the car. Also, was that even your car? ;)
Great vid btw. Love to see what it does @ full boost
Sounds like a hose came off to me.
Check all IC hoses for leaks, especially the one going from under the turbo to the ic. It's a PITA to get to, but it's the most likely one to fail over time.
And of course, check your engine codes and post them up.
Bull crap. As long as you have the AFM you'll run rich when venting to the atmosphere :)
You could set the asmosph. bov to vent only at higher boost ranges and let the bosch take care of the lower boost. However you will still run rich when venting to atmosphere.
The Bosch is perfect for...
Thanks for posting the pictures Spoony. :)
There are a few more pictures with the new KONI/EIBACH shocks and springs on. photographed together with your supra as always.
your afpr will need a vacuum feed to raise FP by 1:1 (every extra psi in your manifold should equal one extra psi of fuel pressure).
edit:
Not to be an ass or something but when you don't know the purpose of a VSV for fuel, please start reading every bit of information about this subject...
So did you check the battery yet? it's a simple test (replace it with a known good one) and as said, a friend of mine had weird drifts in timing due to a few bad cells. Car fired up and idled ok but driving it was a hell. He also replaced most of the electronics, plugs and injectors and in the...
If you want to drain the fuel tank just put a big bucket under the car and remove the drain stop from under the tank.
Some gasoline can get contaminated but you can filter it out by pooring it into another container trough a coffee filter. I did that for a friend of mine and it worked perfect...
Hi, Don't know the exact answer to your questions however I'd like to point out that it's always a good thing to at least inform people about the errors your ecu reports if any.
here's how to do it http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/TechTips/engine_error_codes.aspx
Good luck!

I posted the following on supraforums for somebody who had problems with his cps.
Please make sure that your timing belt is on properly (both the cam gears should have the notch pointing up and in the middle as per tsrm)
Did you check your timing yet ?
It's important to do that first.
If you think you have a timing drifting problem first check your battery. A friend of mine has had thesame problem, and a few dead cells in his battery caused the problem.
89 tails from europe are thesame as the pre-facelift tails from the USA.
The only piece that's different is the center section because in Holland we have the crappy bigass license plates instead of the smaller ones used in the US/Japan.
You can do nothing and just use them and you'll be okay.
I have the high imp ND550's from an RX-7 and I did the resistor pack mod as you described and it run's great. From other people I hear they are running thesame injectors without the mod so you'll be good to go one way or another.
BTW did...
