Make sure you got the right spark plug wires and plugs. Is the gap on the plugs correct?
Just for the heck of it: disconnect your icsv and see if the problem goes away or stays. Check it as per tsrm.

Yup sounds like the bearings of the CT26 are gone.
I've had the same thing last winter. Turbo had some play but not much, boosted to 14 psi just fine but oh man what a smoke.
All gone after swapping the turbo for a good ct26.
if you changed nothing on your car (stock) and the a/f is at 11.5 @ WOT then there's definatly something wrong with your intake because the supra should run rich @ wot with no piggyback or similar device. Your problem is most likely caused by an air leak.
Spray carb cleaner along your intake...
You won't burn oil due to vacuum leaks.
If you car's blowing smoke from the exhaust on deceleration there's a good chance you swapped in a turbo with bad seals.
I swapped my turbo last week, and had the same problems. Blowing smoke (blue) and removed it. There was no real shaft play and the...
So we found a supra little over a year ago, standing in the mud and with no running engine. all the engine parts were in the trunk. We fixed it and it looks and drives great now.
Complete story here:

just...
The cars are both import and RHD. In holland we drive on the right so the RHD cars are not really made for our roads.
Here's some photo footage if anyone cares:
I think the supra's great apart from the rhd thing.
btw it's not my car. The pictures were posted on Arnouts site (supras.nl)...
I think the screen inside the reservoir is torn apart.
There are more known cases (you can look them op using search) where the reservoir is the problem and every time it's the screen inside that's broken.
Replace it with a known good one and off you go.
Although this is maybe not the very best example (I was exchanging the hoses for new ones and the aren't the right size yet in the picture) but this will depict how the hoses SHOULD be run
Another stupid thing is to check whether you've got the spark plug wires in the correct order.
Remember that the firing order is different from the wiring order. And yes i've that that some years ago. exactly thesame problem.very stupid but also an easy fix once figured out.
From left to right...
try setting it so your car idles normal. Wait until the engine is warm. (approx 15 to 20 mins)
you can check the Vf siginal to get it to idle like you want it to.
the only difference in AT/MT is the bracket.
You're referring to the difference between an 86.5-88 and a 89+ TB.
89+ TB's have the ajustment screw capped off.
