    Yes. But the ecu still thinks its plugged in and now has no control over idle. Without an the correct electrical source that iac will not move.

    Thats because when you unplug it it stays at the position it was at when you unplugged it. when you turn the car off the ecu commands it to be at fully open.

    I wouldnt use the neo until its been calibrated. you will get all sorts of issues until it is.

    Have you had your neo re calibrated by apexi? They had issues with those.

    Is the radiator cap good? Usually that only happens from either a bad head gasket or a bad radiator cap.

    Ive found it will not do it in one pull. Usually took about 5 times. That was on a 1jz but still same 6 wire iac.

    Too short is nothing to worry about. 2jz uses the same spec valves and there interchangable with the 1jz.

    There is a lot of wrong with that. Much more worth your time and money to just buy a quality tester.

    If the iac is not in the full open position it will take a few times of starting it and turning the key off and waiting for the cor relay in the passengers kick panel to kick off and then repeat until the valve is fully open when shut off.

    It is also determined by temp. The w in 10w-30 is for winter. In colder climates you want a 0 or 5w 30 so the oil flows faster. Also dno a 0 or 5w 30 is fine for your climate. No need for 10.

    Sounds like a possible boost leak. check for stored codes. Also its not very good to boost on a cold engine. Wait the 10 min till it warms up.

    After you shut the engine off the ecu commands for the iac valve to be reset to the full open position. Which is the clicking noise you will hear after shut off.

    The bushings come out the bottom. No need to drop subframe.

    Stock turbo will not blow up at 15 psi. It just starts blowing hot air. You more likely have a weak wastegate that is staying open or your exhaust housing around the wastegate flapper is cracked. a stuck closed wastegate or sticking wastegate would result in a over boost situation which you...
