I just used 2 washers on each bolt that were from mercedes flex disc I had laying around. Basically just need to space the caliper out enough so it's even with rotors like Steven said.

If it's a safc 1 I wouldnt bother as it's quite outdated by a good amount. But as far as buying it used it shouldn't be a problem.
As with buying anything used condition is everything.
The ecu's rarely go bad and its usually from user error.
The ecu is more likely not receiving the necessary inputs to send the outputs for the injectors.
Start with checking for codes.
Prolly not. That will have basically the same face. Would need to go higher and even then im not sure if any of the 521 would fit since they have such a flat disc.

If you check on the manufactures website it usually states the torque rating at which it can handle.
and generally most stage 3+ are of some sort of a puck disc. If your shooting for anything over 5-600 just get a twin or triple disc.

wiring to coils is correct. 1 should be cyl 1/6. 2 2/5. 3 3/4.
pillowball mounts is how the top hat connects to the shock. There not useless on the supra. i believe your thinking of camber plates.
pillowball mounts are like the difference between running bushings and heim joints on suspension arms.
The ss are height adjustable via the spring seat not allowing any adjustment of spring preload. There more of a basic coil over.
The flex are more adjustable and nice coil overs. I've driven on them. There nice and smooth.

Oil burning in small amounts tends to be white. Especially at idle when there isn't as much heat in the combustion chamber.
