    Fuel related question

Ok so I'm swapping my GTE into a supra that originally had a GE in it. There's about half a tank of gas in the car still and I'm assuming that the owner used 87 octane when the car was up and running. The guy I bought it from only had the supra for a couple months and wasn't running when he...

    Swapping in an older motor?

Just find yourself an 89 harness. Ecu just has to be gray plug, meaning an 89+ ecu. I ordered a jdm engine for my 89 and it came with yellow plugs meant it was from a pre 89. All I did was bought an 89 harness and an ecu from a 90 and I was good to go. Hope that helps some

Can I run a radiator from an 89-90 Cressida safely in my supra?

As the title says, I was wondering if it would be ok for me to run a radiator out of an 89-90 cressida with a 7M safely in my 7mgte swapped supra with basic mods (exhaust, intercooler, 9psi). I. Called my local parts store to check and see if the radiators from both cars had the same part...

    Swap questions

U can use an ecu from an 87 or 88. it would be easier to just find a harness then to splice i think. If you're lookin to sell that 89 harness, i need it if its in good condition....
