We don't really have a 36 hour rule... what we do have is a policy of hand approving all new accounts to filter out some of the internet filth. And by filth I certainly don't mean porn addicts (you can find those in Dreamer Theresa's area), I'm referring to scammers or thieves attempting to slither in and rob the community in some way. Even if it's just our TIME they steal. Not that I'm all bitter about it, but IJ considers this place his lawn, and he doesn't like putting up with punks on his lawn.
