I have coilovers on the way so i am prepping the car to save time when I do the actual install.

I know exactly what to do for the fronts but I'm not so sure on the rears.

I did several searches with no solid returns.

I guess I need to take off the trunk interior panels to install the rear coilovers?

I took off the trunk speaker grill but I still don't have access to one of the top stut bolts. I also can't access the Tems clip as I will need to discard it.

How do I take off the rest of the panels so I can install new suspension in the rear?

Any pics will help.

The plastic that goes around the whole stut is fairly large.

Dont see how to take it off???

EDIT: Probably alot easier to see what you are talking about if there wasn't a huge sound system back there.

Yep quarter trim has to come out. There are a hand full of screws to take it out, under rear speaker grill, behind the plastic cover where the rear back rests clips into, look around you will find them.

That pic tutorial looks pretty thorough. You may still be able to reach those bolts with a universal adapter and an extension, although you might drop the nuts down into the rear quarters which would suck. I just put the interior back into my car last weekend and from the top of my head. You remove the speaker grill screw and pop those panels off, there are 2 screws that are behind the rear seat, you need to take off the Targa top holders also and the center piece joining the 2 rear quarters. There are also some little caps covering 2 screws in the trunk on each panel also. Good luck new suspensions liven up the Supra

I got all the panels out.

Thanks for the suggestions/tips!

The quarter trim panels cannot be removed with the plywood in place.

It was a bitch to move the sound system onto the back seats and out of the way. Damn thing weighs near 200lbs.

Thanks again everybody!

I come from a land down under
I ended up trimming the plastics with a sanding roll in the die grinder in line with the 3 strut mounting nuts so I can get a socket on them just by removing the speaker covers, works a treat.

^^ That's what I did. now if I need to do it again I don't have to go through all the trim removal hassle.

Me too.

After taking the wood deck and the side panels off (a few times) to get to the springs and shocks, I came up with the same idea...surprised Toyota didn't.
