Its called Cause and effect. Happens every where, all the 240 owners around here give me props and most are just laid back car guys, but then again I really don't hang around the "ricer" crowd. Shit I have plenty of friend who have domestics and respect the imports.
Its when the first person starts talking shit is when everyone will pipe up and tell them to STFU, other wise nothing would happen in the first place.

One of my best friends is a 240sx owner and a total Nissan fanboy. He's always been cool about my Supra. In fact I almost talked him into one but he ended up with a 300zx. But I find that he's one of the few 240 owners I've encountered recently who is not a tool. Ever since the drift craze hit all the a-holes who used to be into civics switched to the 240's. That's a shame, really, because I want a 240 as a dd and the high schoolers are driving the prices up.

JDM, i'd take a MK3 over any of those cars any day a NA MK3 too.

It just feels like a better car to me.

i do have much respect for anyone who is just as involved in the build as i am. including 240's. and although i do make fun of them, im not talking shit... there is a big difference in my book :sarcasm:

even though i would never own and work on other cars i still have plenty of friends that own and work on them and are not cheap/lazy about it like 90% of the people out there. and the drift/hondaricer craze only makes the carowners more likely to make a bad car because they lack the knowledge patience and dedication to have a good running car.

a Sr20 is basically their 1JZ (just with 100 less hp). Not sure if many of you know this or not.. but KA's have a BHG problem too haha.

i wouldnt mind a 240, but due to every one and there mother wanting one, along with the miata, its no longer an affordable 4 cylinder RWD platform... and i will not buy one that has any mods to it, because i've seen what some 240 owners do to the insde...
