I got the motor in and i drive it around the block a little. the ac works now but i dont have idle up when ac is on and i dont have heat so what aare the connections for ac idle up and vsv for water valve?
Tech question, aem 1 or aem v2? i have not installed greddy ultimate and really hate to cut up the harness so what is the difference in the v1 and v2?

Well I ordered all those fancy parts from driftmotion. I have to say there grade A folks in my book. So I've got the intake off and the exhaust off too. The Turbo manifold is on the the t4-t3 adapter is on and I won't to bolt the Turbo on nut the compressor housing outlet is really close to the manifold and the frame so Idk what to do now. Ill post pictures Wed when Iget my laptop back. Also I'm not sure where to put the aem coolant sensor at either? Head radiator or somewhere on the thermostat housing?

and here is the problem the compressor outlet is between a hotspot and a hard spot. and the drain line was made to short. ugh im gonna put the intercooler stuff on now and hope i can turn the outlet up and clear the hood and have piping to reach.btw anyone notice that the dizzy cap changed shape in that picture?
FFIM installed... damn it was a fight. had to make some room between it and the brake booster.. ran coolant lines to the Q45 TB and put the camry throttle cable in. it seems a little long but with a braket i could get it to work. i need to get the intercooler and piping in today tho.
got the intercooler in... damn its way to big. i dont know how low it can safely be but its flush with the bottom of the bumper. :/ my dad came over and critisized my work and some of it had truth in it like my intake having 1/16th clearance between it and my brake booster. so i will take it and the IC pipe for the BOV to be cut and rewelded. apparently the BOV on this kit from driftmotion puts it on the side where the battery is so if you want to keep your battery its gonna need cut flipped and welded. also looks like im short of IC pipes to get to the turbo...
turbo is kissing the exhaust manifold. i dont know how strong the silicone couplers are but i dont think they can handle being pressed up against the exhaust manifold.... idk what to do about that there is no room there. the holset must need some work.

Manifold clearance issues are pretty common and the coupler will definitely not hold up, I melted one with ~1" between the turbo and manifold. Best option is to have a cast elbow welded to the compressor housing like this:

yeah im just hoping this redneck shop down the road is a competient welder. im gonna have him shorten and weld my ffim,also one of my IC pipes and my turbo.
