good news :well i got the r154 and lsd differential, bad news: the r154 has a short shifter housing welded to the original shifter housing and he lost the short shifter to the housing and the lsd ($40) has play in the pinion bearing.
So i need the r154 shifter housing w/ shifter and rebuild the differential... anyone rebuilt a these diffs? i have liiked over the tsrm and other forums but id like a little insight to the cost of a set of bearings and seals?

UPDATE: STILL WAITING ON TITAN MOTOR SPORTS TO SEND BEARINGS!!!! i have cleaned the block for paint and i still have the head to clean and install new valve seals.

well titan motor sports has still not sent my bearings! ugh wtf i painted the block and next weekend ill put new valve seals in and check shim tolerance....only 24 valves and 48 keepers...joy

Bearings came in and over the past weekends the motor has now been completed, mounts are in and i have a new dizzy coming too. mine had a chip missing on the gear.

I have the clutch that your looking at. If your goals are 450 hp im only guessing your torque numbers will be around that too. I would get beefier clutch then. That one is rated at 408 torque
Get a clutch rated higher than you need. When you will be hammering the car and launching, the heat will make it slip. Dragging a car always adds more stress, so give yourself some overhead.

decided to go with the act hd pressure plate and the street disc
yesterday pulled the 7mge and w58 and damn was the exhaust a pain! there is this support that holds it close to the trans and the bolt end up breaking while trying to back it off. but oh well thats the oly think that broke. so annyone interested in a complete 7mge,w58,drive shaft and diff? lol hopefully this weekend the 2jz will go in. and i need a r154 retainer-housing and shifter. this r154 is missing those parts and my friend had sent one a month ago but it must have disappeared in the mail?! ugh

ill have pictures up soon, but the engine is in and it effing runs! the hx35w came yesterday and holy crap its big compared to the turbos ive seen on vr6 and tdi. so this friday ill have more on the swap. im looking for wastegate and bov. im open to ideas and im planing on using a ebay turbo manifold with a t4 to t3 adapter.
woohoo the 2jzge is in the supra and running!!! this weekend ill clean up the wires and get the trans bolted up and filled with oil and get the drive shaft in place. hoping to put a seal in the new 3.91 lsd diff and have it put in too. and i got my turbo also

fun part of exhaust was last weekend, now just getting all the a/c parts and diff seal together along with union fitting for the clutch line. so how does emanage wire in to the mess?
