Did you even read jj's post? If you dont have spark, continuing on in the flow chart is pointless, as is checking compression. Do you have any way of checking signals? Like injector pulse and coil signals? Smelling the exhaust doesn't count as verifying injector pulse.

The likeliness of hackery is much greater, trying to get the dual fans to work. I still say just get the steup its already designed for.

The fuel pump does not run until the ecu sees a rpm signal. So it should not run when you cycle the key. Not a honda.
