Im waiting on the car to cool to burp the system. Im not denying anything Im just trying to check everything before I go tearing the head off again. I did a retorque today again and all bolts were right at 78ftlbs. The ARP bolts were brand new.

None. Oil is clean also. No missing or etc. Car runs real strong and isnt down on power.

Ok, well I messed with it a little this weekend and here where im at now. I dug out the radiator leak/pressure tester but none of the adapters would fit on the radiator so I couldnt check that. Ive replaced the cap with a new one, put new clamps on the overflow tank lines from the radiator...

I gotcha... Same with me, I got my car and the previous owner left so many plugs out It took forever placing them to the right spots. The KS plugs are green that grey one isnt going to be it. Good luck with the fix and it have any questions let me know peace!

Its not BS, look around on here, they will tell you the same thing. You only need to ground one end. Your ground on the other end may have not been good. Ive got proof on my car with one end grounded. Im sure it doesnt help using a 4 gauge sized coax cable, bet that was fun trying to run inside...

I believe his kit was plug and play. But its really not that bad and didnt cost me a dime. You dont have to be a wiring guru.. If he's not making them anymore, PM me and We'll work something out. Did your car do this before you swapped the starter? If not Id make sure the KS isnt unplugged...

Thats kinda it in a way. Basically you want some wire thats shielded. I used some network cable we had here at work. I removed the altenator to get to the front KS, then with the car on jack stands removed the rear KS plug from underneath the car. With both the plugs cut out I took them apart...

It got rid of my codes. Its really not alot of work, you dont have to remove the starter or the sensors them selves. I done mine in about 2 hours. Well worth it to, the car feels so much better. Under boost it would fall on its face now I cant keep my foot out of it.

+1 on the wiring. I just had the same problem under boost and with the same codes. I followed these:http://www.supras.com/06/techcenter/display.php?QID=69 and everything is perfect now. Full power under boost, no SES lights and etc.

It goes just left of the clutch pedal above the fuse's in the kick panel. Theres two or three studs right there that it mounts to. Hopefully that will help.

No I havent tested for a BHG. Thats the last resort. I dont have any symptoms of a BHG, no coolant in the oil or under the oil cap, no white smoke from exhaust, no over heating and etc. Only th coolant overflow spitting water due to it be way over filled and the cap being bad hopefully.

Well, I replaced the cap and drove it for about 15min and came back let it cool off and removed the cap. The coolant was still full but it did blow some out of the over flow tank. Which I kinda expected that when the over flow tank is full all the way to the brim with coolant. Ill try to drain...

No updates yet. I just made this thread yesterday. Ill get on it this afternoon. I dont really have a problem with it running hot, it did that one time because the water level was low and thats it.

Ill run a pressure test and buy a new cap this weekend. Ive got a tester but its at my shop. I dont see how it could have another BHG I just replaced everything. And I can see exactly where its leaking from. It being blown out of the overflow tank.
