Keep it up, I'd like to see this done and back on the road because I want to see more videos! Also, you should check out retrorides if you haven't already, a lot of cool old school cars and some good info. Here is one on making panels that might provide some inspiration...
Man this is an old thread.
So I'm getting ready to finally install these but am having an issue. My turbo block has small cracks from the coolant port to the bolt hole. I have another block block that turned out not to have piston oil coolers (squirters) Have any of you run these probes without...
Glad to see your back to this! And if those are princess auto dollies do something to stiffen them up. when I first got mine, I pushed my Supra side ways to make some room in the garage and the wheels on 3 of the 4 dollies folded under.
Is this the same head you already had repaired? I'd forget about another attempt at another fix. find good used head, that ones just going to do it again, don't you think?
You are correct, my apologies. I haven't frequented the forums much the last few years, and Fidanza making clutch kits is news to me. I was also on my way to bed and a little grumpier than usual.
I assume you both mean fidAnza, I did not find a fidEnza ?
I agree with the uprgraded PP with a...
Fidanza makes flywheels, not clutch kits. You've been a member long enough to know about the search feature, use it and find hundreds of results/opinions on clutches and flywheels.
Life? I don't get it?

I've never been a big fan of Toyota's burgundy but I like what you've done with it.
Did you get your CT rebuilt? Oh, I just noticed the "turbo install to come" at the bottom of your...
I like it, I think It would look better with a lip spoiler.
Sucks about the head, I've got one from an jdm na engine you could have. I won't be in Vic till August but I could throw it on a greyhound if it turns out you'd need it. It was among a bunch of stuff someone was getting rid of...
I'd have to agree with the other's that it is not a stock turbo, it is upgraded plain and simple.
I just had to pull an upgraded 57 trim because it was smoking and had lots of shaft play. Had it been rebuilt with oem style/size parts I seriously doubt It would need replacement already.
The...
The car is an 84 coupe.
The car you can see the 7m in, in my first post, is a rusted out parts car I'm using to mock everything up.
I don't want to get a smaller rad for a few reasons. The rad I have is from a 5 series bmw but I cut the end tanks off then built and welded aluminium ones on...
I'm swapping a 7m into my Celica ST. It doesn't have power windows or sunroof and I want to keep the AC.
I'm appealing to those of you with good knowledge in this area for help.
I've got my engine and radiator mounted into their final positions and as you can see I don't have much space up...
Of course,:crazy1: It was late, lol.
I was thinking polyurathane foam. The stuff you inject into the chassis of unibody cars, but now that I think about it, it's probably not polyurathane at all. I'll go now::hang::
