hello, I am not a turbo guy at the moment but this is the best place i thought of posting this thread. I have a 7mge right now, I am thinking of swapping the 1ggte 2.0 twin turbo engine into my 87 supra. I like the 7mgte as well. I have looked up the specs and the 7mgte has more power but...

I plan to go turbo soon. My question is can I still use my stock na intake manifold the y connector and throttle body or do I have to change over to the turbo mani and throttle body.....????

Would I get any gain in power if I changed my intake mani to the cressidas.

ok i hit my 7mge with the timing light, i am running 22 deg advanced timing, I adjusted the dist as much as i could. The car runs good, am i loosing power with that much timing?? I know the stock setting is 10.

I am doing my timing, I have everything set to TDC no.1 crank and cams lined up to the marks. The only problem i am having is that the car wil not start. The only time the car will start is when i set the timing way off, but even then the car does not idle and misfires. Please help, I have pics...

Ok I posted awhile ago tat my mass air flow meter is not right. I adjusted the turn spring in the MAF and I dont know if my car is running lean or rich. I am thinking of buying an air/fuel gauge so I can possibly get t air/fuel mixture back to stock or at least close to it.
