JDM 2J's are different than USDM 2J's but USDM 7M's and JDM 7M's are exactly the same with the exception of the EGR and wire harness. JDM IS NOT TYTE HERE!

Simply put, If you're running stock boost, run the reccomended octane in the manuals. If you're running higher boost, it would be better to run higher octane to prevent detonation. I'm stock I run 89. When I'm modded I'll be running 93, simple as that.

180 Bucks to get them shaved at my local machine shop. But you have to pull the pistons and cams yourself.
