Go purchase SS7231AX pads from NAPA or MX336 Thermo Quiet from O Reily. Turn the rotors and enjoy the quiet pads. The first step to quiet braking is turning the rotors. Cheap pads are known for their excessive noise, dust and fast wear.

I dont know what parts store he works at but they are full of shit. Rock and Ishino are both cheaper imported gaskets that are not close to the same quality as a Fel Pro or Victor Reinz.

On the lower priced Mishimoto's and similar rads, no.

Have you checked the TPS sensor? You havent swapped drivetrain or ECT controllers have you?

Its only a sending unit for the factory guage. Since he is seeing 12-13 lbs of boost he doesnt have a factory guage. How are the boost control solenoid hoses routed?

Stick with the name brand aluminum radiators from the more reputable shops. They are usually in the ~$400 range. The ones on Ebay and elsewhere in ~$250 range are not bolt in affairs and will give you greif when trying to run the factory shroud and fan. All of the lower priced ones I have seen...

Also be sure to check the rear glass seal. mine has dreid out and is leaking. Need to get the car running so I can take it to the glass shop for a re-seal. Windsheild was doing the same thing and driving me apeshit.
