replace the 1st thrust washer with the marlin crawler one.
I didn't and it came back right in my face at the drag stripe.
There was not much I could salvage from that R154 after that
Habanero, I regurlarly visit this thread and keep track of your progress: don't loose hope, it'll be done one day or another and you'll have a blast driving it.
I know it isn't of any help at the moment but if it keep you from abandonning then that's good
don't go for a overly aggressive pressure plate like I did.
I regret my decision everytime I have to take off (I don't mind normal chatter from a 6-puck)
I didn't had any problem with the mishimoto regarding fitment but
the weld sucks so much, I had to reweld one portion around the top endtank because it was leaking. Yay for a new rad that leaks
you did mention you reset the safc II
have you put in the right type of sensor setting after the reset? aka karman sensor.
by default it goes to map pressure sensor
already have wideband and SAFC II.
so yeah, I think It will be the best for me to find a set of 440cc and tune down the map signal a bit to compensate, allowing for boosting a minimum without FC (something I cannot do actually)
