What should I do to my mk3 for more horsepower?
it will be hard to reach 400whp with a 57mm ct-26, it has been done (look in the DYNO section of this forum, there is a thread with the most powerful 7m and IIRC the lower ones are in the lowish 400' and there is a few with upgraded ct-26)- shipkiller

Stock intercooler vs. aftermarket
the psi-drop loss is horrible on the stock IC. you will see a pleasant difference on the buttdyno once you go with a decent aftermarket one- shipkiller
