im rockin a welded diff right now and its really not bad for street use, you just have to be aware of how the rear will react in all driving conditions and drive accordingly

sooooooooooooo i kinda went with the 1uz swap and its complete its up and running now.

so random update i riveted the new metal in place and left it there for the last few months it did the job of keeping water and foreign objects out. now i was just given a welder for christmas so im going back over it and welding the pieces in place

hey everyone im looking into making a spool for our 7.5 rears (or scavenging one from another car that will work) im looking for the spline count for our axles and the bolt number for our ring gear thanks

if im not mistaken kazz and trd are both considered lsd's not lockers. trd does make a locker but its for the tundra and takoma iirc. really it depends on what you are going to use the car for.

i didnt think the hx35 was all that big where do you mean before the diff? sounds good i looked up some vids on that quick spool valve, that thing is pretty neat.

IJ what turbo will you be running and where exactly do you plan to mount it. my idea was to cut out the spare well and mount the turbo there and make the trunk flat.
