if you want(or anyone) i know a guy thats an authorized speed bleeder dealer. he has them in stock ready to ship. i think mine cost like 25$ shipped. they are worth every penny, makes bleeding a breeze.
the graphic looks like they tried to do a batman logo but messed up. if you look at the shape near the front wheel its totally a messed up bat! then they just repeated it down the side.
i have brembo slotted with porterfield pads and SS lines along with rebuilt calipers all around. i love my setup hehe.
i dont have any dust problems though that ive noticed. i do have a minor squeel at slow speeds once warmed but its no big deal.
usage life is a big concern. dumping a grand into coilovers only to have them blow in a year would Really suck. again being a daily driver has me worried a few nasty pot holes could do alot of damage...
ok so im just wondering what everyone thinks. i need new suspension bad, im trying to decided on coilovers or new spring/shocks.
im not intro drag racing im more into road racing style. i dont do any autoX or track time or anything. i might in the future but thats a long ways off. right now...
ive had it happen to me. i locked the door then closed it with the handle lifted. the door didnt close all the way. it looked closed and was flush with the car. some how later the door slipped open just enough to trigger the alarm. the door still Looked closed though.
could be the same thing?
i keep wanting to replace that hose also. i just cant get my hands anywhere near it. when i do my swap im going to rig of a copper pipe, so i wont have to deal with that hose later.
i thought most states have different laws when it comes to letting people barrow your car. some states you insure the car others you insure yourself etc.
also look out for an introductory rate that will change(go Way up) when you go to renew the policy.
i can see someone at the checkout getting funny looks. 'no really its for my Car. yes my car, it has an oil issue... i dont want to explain it, but really its for my car!!'
the 12 month schedule makes no sense to me. come on what if you drive 3k miles in a year or 30k miles. mileage is going to make the difference not the time.
i also agree that you dont Need to change filters every oil change. someone in another forum posted that in europe and most other...
thats what i was told too. however when i did mine i think pretty much All of it came out. i wasnt expecting it either, over flowed my drain pan.
i drained it when the car was very hot, maybe that made the difference.
