check your battery voltage when its cold and check to make sure you got 12v to the starter. if both are fine then the starter solenoid might be freezing.
there expensive from toyota and thats the only place to get them. most likely you prolly need to adjust it by taking off the rear wheels and looking threw the hole on the rotor for the adjuster and spinning it till its tight then backing it off 3 clicks.
its best to drive your car at opt temps. i.e. let your car warm up idleing till its fully wam and then drive it. that way all the metal has has expanded you oil is at opt temp and the coolant is warm.

i believe those are the 2 hoses you are referring to? ones 7 bux and the others 12 from...
either brake pulsation or steering rack bushings. i lean towards the bushings. if its pulsation you will feel it when ever your on the brakes light or hard.
first targa seals are rubber not plastic.
