Best bet would to find a car similar to yours or shell and swap all the parts over. Rolling shells go for pretty cheap. slick roads are a no go. i try to avoid driving at all when its not dry out.

you an easily eliminate the 3000 pipe by either welding on the tb section of the 3000 pip to the other end or get a cressida plastic pipe. but shorter ic pipes = faster spool and less pressure drop.
