how to raise the idle speed?

n/a or turbo mkIII better for swap?

Or just pull the trans and swap it in the other car. Beats having to pay an extra 500+ on a trans even tho you get the bellhousing with it.

7mgte swap bogs out or misfires under boost?

I dont think it should be. Id post in the wtb section and go through a few pages in the for sale section. Should be able to find atleast 10 people parting out cars or 7m's.

    Supra sputtering when building boost

vac leaks are no good. Its not good for the pistons to be boosted on when cold. Pressure cause heat and if you heat up alum to quick it will crack. Cracking a piston cause the motor didnt warm up would suck. That was the point i was getting at.

how to raise the idle speed?

The screw is not for idle adjustment. Does nothing to idle either. Its the reason why 89+ are blocked off.

its either learn to work on it or drive a honda. Clutch pedal is going to be the easy part. Removeing the engine and trans is the harder part.

Not better to just use a 7mgte. Lower compression. And most people that do a na/t the engine blows quick. Not worth it in the end. The w58 5spd trans needs a w58 5sp ds.

First i would sell those rims asap. Those dont belong on a supra. Second you dont need a dyno to go from 7mge to 7mgte. If you put the turbo on the 7mge is most likely going to blow and it will be a 7mge-t. 3rd. Not trying to be a dick in any way but since your so young it might be better...

7mgte swap bogs out or misfires under boost?

Its prolly fuel cut... yes you can see it. Looks like the inside of a orange when you cut it in half. Its also orange but usually black from being dirty. Its there so boost doesnt blow the valve open. So the orange thing should be on the inside.
