Indeed it can. When water mixes with oil the oil pump will suck up the water and feed it to the bearings which will promptly destroy them for you. So nice of the hg to do that to you right. lol.
Pretty common. Even people who fix the hg half the time they drove on it while it was mixing and...

Will just have to go through the list and check everything out.
body plugs wont matter.
And putting a band on the issue is not going to solve anything. You have any pics of the swap?
Is everything hooked up like stock?
Is that coolant on the rod bolts? Prolly knocked from a bhg.
Good luck on the build.
Id machione the block and head for a mhg. make sure the rear timing cover is bolted on when the block is machined.
The stock wheels use a little turn table type od deal. where the wheel has the little needle and the column has the staionary circuit board and the need rides around on the circuit board. No wire to twist around. Something like that needs to be used.
As for the buttons...
91-92 had the stalk yes.
If the radio does not have wires for the steering wheel controls(like any stock mk3 radio) then you wont be able to do that. 1 option for the "stock look" would be to use a scion or tundra stock radio as some of them are PnP.
Also it might be a bit tricky for the...
Try taking the pcv valve hose off and plug it and see if thats the issue. Do you have a older or new 1jz? The older ones had a recall for the pcv valve.
Ya thats a issue. With the high flowing fuel pump you need to either drill out the one end that has a small hole or just take 3/8 fuel hose and by pass it.
The hole acts as a second fpr incase the first one fails.
Just need to connect 2 wires together for the nuetral saftey switch.
The speed sensor is for abs and reverse lights, both those connectors are the same between auto and manual.
What i would do is get a certified check from the bank. Then fly out there look at the car and if all is good have him sign over the title and drive you to the bank to cash it into his account. Then there is no cash involved and if they jack you they will get time.
I mean to me if i was...
God damn. Ya its such a small package. You can make a small box and it would have costed like 3$ and then could have used newspaper or plastic bags from the gorcery store or something for make sure it didnt bounce around. Not just throw it in a box.
Thats almost as bad as my x mas wrapping...
Fuel is prolly not the problem as long as the engine is getting the fuel.
!2v mod is not going to help this unless the fuel ecu is bad.
Id fix the coil packs since cracks on them are no good.
Trying a good working igniter is a good idea.
