Try taking the pcv valve hose off and plug it and see if thats the issue. Do you have a older or new 1jz? The older ones had a recall for the pcv valve.

Ya thats a issue. With the high flowing fuel pump you need to either drill out the one end that has a small hole or just take 3/8 fuel hose and by pass it. The hole acts as a second fpr incase the first one fails.

Just need to connect 2 wires together for the nuetral saftey switch. The speed sensor is for abs and reverse lights, both those connectors are the same between auto and manual.

Fuel is prolly not the problem as long as the engine is getting the fuel. !2v mod is not going to help this unless the fuel ecu is bad. Id fix the coil packs since cracks on them are no good. Trying a good working igniter is a good idea.
