the 7m wont take good with o rings as there is not much meat between the cylinders.
Personally id ditch the block and fin another and just machine both the block and head to 30ra or better and slap a good mhg on it and call it a day.
Check the oil rpessure sensor its more towards the front of the car then the oil filter housing.
Little gold round thing with a thing on the top that that crimp connector wills lide onto.
Need stock mk3 fan shroud.
Need ls400 clutch and stock 7mgte 10blade fan.
Also if you engine ahs the hydro fan pump need to take that off and get the usdm 2jzgte waterpump and housing dm sells it.
As for the a/c compressor i am unsure but im pretty sure all the jz use the same compressor for...
It's there so say you live where it gets 100+ outside and your sitting in traffic and the car is getting a little hot the fans will kick on for extra airflow through the radiator.
Think they kick on past 200' so your already a bit hot when they kick on too.

Not tuned for more power. Just tuned for no egr and speed cut.
Nox is a by product of combustion.
If anything it would be tuned for less power but since the 7m only has 232 hp it doesn't fall under the 280 hp rule like the 1jz and jdm2jz.
