dude, you dont want to get something that has any performance potential, less you start to spend money on it and the Supra. you cant have 2 projects at the same time, cause one will always suffer. i bought my daily driver from a small dealership for $980 out the door. it gets about 23-27 mpg...
i had a bad stuttering problem just today. i removed my IC hoses to check for cracks and seeing they were good to go i reinstalled them. now the car seems to run fine, although i am not getting anywhere near to 11 lbs of boost, only 7.
that is probably what i will do... i just bought these damn NGKs though. i removed alot of the plastic hoses and then replaced them and the problem seems to have went away.... although when i got on it hard 1st through 4th gear and then let off in fourth with the clutch pressed in the car died...
hmmm... hadnt thought of that. i did just install new plugs, but i didnt bother to gap them because i was told not to gap the Iridiums? anyone have any info on this?
ok, just got on my car hard for the first time. had to wait on the clutch to break-in. anyways, having some problems with stuttering at higher rpms, in this case anywhere above 5300 rpms the car acts like it wants to quit. if fact i did a pull in 4th gear and the car stuttered at or around...
get the ones that you think look the best or make your car look cool in your eyes, because driving like that you shouldnt have to worry about cracking the rotor, cross-drilled or not.
you could go with the bolt in from online shops as stated above or maybe go the custom route? know anyone who can weld? they may do it for just cost of materials?

that is MDC's harness bar, not really a roll cage though.
Edit...
not sure if that is true, but i have read the same things about cross-drilled. although i think that just normal street driving with a little bit of Auo-X will not put the rotors under the amount of stress to cause them to crack. i am probably going to get some slotted OEM sized rotors off of...
hmm... i used photobucket.com for my last post about my smoking car... i uploaded it to photobucket and then cut/paste the URL for the video. if that doesnt work, then try out the other two options it gives?
find a place to store it, put your Project Supra on hold for awhile and dont sell it. you have already done alot to it and you will not get much for a non running car.
Rotora is a good brand, but have you looked on Ebay? they have some nice stock sized rotors that are either cross-drilled or slotted for cheap (maybe not Rotora, but other brands). i am sure you have read about the "Brembo" rotors on these boards?
