I had my head milled and it cost me 45$ which is cheap IMHO i would have it checked. Cometic MHG's have alot more lee way than the HKS and Greddy shit. i have NEVER had my block resurfaced and no problems so far after 8 months of hard driving. i do recommend getting some Gold Seal Copper...

just for shits and giggles if the hissing didn't stop, check yur turbo make sure its bolted all the way on. i know mine the nuts backed themselves out and then it came partially unbolted but my boost pressure was dying as well so might not be it.

i would imagine it would cause the outlet would be bigger to correct?? i havem't seen a 3in inlet and 2.5 in outlet. mines a 4in inlet 2.5 outlet.

a good way to test it is to realease the hood but dont open it up and lock the door to set the alarm. then pick up the latch to open the hood and it should blow you away LOL

i just look my doors and shut them and it automatically comes on. just watch the security light, and it will stay lit solid for a little while then start blinking and then you know its armed.

yea i had mine to 16 PSI and i killed two in a year doing that.
