i bought my car for 300 with seized na motor
bought a slightly modded 7M for 1800 fixed the head gasket on it and i was done. 2200 done drove it for a year now.
right in the "CROTCH" region of the upper intake plenum. its not hard to find. i disconnected mine since the sensor was busted for the coolant temp sensor so it new when the car was cold and what not. i live in florida so cold starts aren't too common to where you REALLY need it.
right now i have a bosch porsche BOV and it surges like crazy at 5 inches of vac. and then we tried the BETTER bosch porsche BOV and it does the samething. my thread is above this one now. read it if you like. im trying to figure WTF is wrong
alright i just recently picked up a T'netics 60-1 with a custom cast exhaust housing to bolt onto the stock mani.
After the install my BOV doesn't work (vac lines and everything are fine believe me) but the turbo has a 2.5 in. outlet and im on stock IC pipes (yes i know i need to upgrade them...
i didn't adjust anything. with the stock CT and 550's and a lex i hit fuel cut around 21+.
now with my bigger turbo on lex and 550's and stock fuel pump my WG is sticking and i hit 16-17 psi and it hits FC HARD!!!!
