check the power steering rack mounting points. mine does the samething and one side of the rack is missing bolts for the bracket and this causes the rack to slide 3-4 inches before it finally catches and turns.

my buddy and i aren't even using a cooler. everything seems fine. the hoses i have for the fluid aren't hot at all and dont get hot either so whats the point in the cooler??
