Does the emergency brake engage properly ? Was the clearance adjusted on the emergency brake shoes as per TSRM specs ? Along with dust shield I would also look there.

Just finished my swap in June. The answer for both is Yes it will work and fit.

If the reason is that your going to run an AEM or other stand alone management system you can do as I did. I changed the Auto ECU for a Manual ECU. No body or engine harness necessary. It is plug and play ^^
