Most race tracks do not count reaction time into your overall time. I havnt been to one race track that added in the R/T to your overall time. It counts from when you cross the beams to when you get to the end of the track, Not from when the light turns green.

I have a small vacuum leak inside the cruise control pump or whatever it is called, Its on the Vac Side, and I made sure it wasnt the hose itself. I was wondering if it would cause any problems to disconect this port and cap off the line. I never use the cruise control and the pump itself...
